I have been teaching studio, private and corporate yoga classes since 2014.
I teach hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga with Tantric undertone, focusing on energy and breath. I also love to incorporate pranayama (breath work), meditation, qigong, partner yoga & massage into my classes.
For me yoga is the practice of moving into stillness and presence, quietening the mind by deeply inhabiting the body.
My classes are introspective, with a focus on feeling deeply into the body and refining our sensitivity to energy currents throughout the body. I believe that the more deeply we learn to feel, the more we can allow our natural wisdom to gently guide us through life. I believe that what lies underneath the layers of social conditioning and personal history, our truest self, is beautiful, inherently good, and inherently blissful.
Yoga is a beautiful tool that can help us uncover those layers.
