UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Every quarter I host an "Intro to Lomi Lomi " workshop at Flourmill Space in Newtown. These afternoons are a wonderful opportunity to dip your toes into the wonderful world of Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork, experience both giving and receiving, and get a taste of whether the full practitioner training might be something you'd like to pursue.

Intro to Lomi Lomi Massage
Sunday 25th October, 2-6pm

Come and enjoy a beautiful afternoon learning the basics of Lomi Lomi massage. This workshop is experiential - you will be giving & receiving massage, so you will get to practice the tools presented & experience what they feel like as the receiver. We will be practicing in groups of 3, so when you receive you will have 4 hands working on your body :)
No previous experience of massage or energy work is required, all welcome.
In this 4 hour introductory workshop, you will:
- Discover the key principles to activating and cultivating loving touch
- Learn a simple practice to prepare your mind, body, and hands before giving a massage
- Witness a short live demo of Lomi Lomi massage (enough to give you the idea so you can practice yourself!)
- Practice giving and receiving Lomi in small groups
* Please note when receiving Lomi Lomi you will be nude, with genitals covered at all times by a sarong. For this workshop we will only work on the back of the body only (so breasts will not be exposed).
What to bring:
- Bottle of water
- Notebook and pen
- A SARONG (I will have a few spares but definitely not enough for everyone)
- Most importantly, an open heart and a willingness to open even more
