"The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention" - Thich Nhat Hanh
Hi there, I'm Zena. I offer psychotherapy sessions for singles and couples, as well as Lomi Lomi massage sessions.
In many ways, psychotherapy and bodywork are the same thing - deep listening, loving presence, care and compassion.
They simply use different languages - words, and touch.
I love the work that I do, and I truly care about my clients. Whether you come in for psychotherapy or for bodywork, I am committed to bringing my full presence and heart to each session.
My psychotherapy days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, offered over zoom.

My Lomi Lomi days are Thursday and Friday, from my clinic in Zetland (Sydney).

About me
I grew up as an Australian kid in France, and a French teenager in Australia. Living between two cultures gave me a unique window into identity. I noticed that I felt like a different person depending on my environment — which led me to realise that at least part of who we are must be malleable. That insight sparked a lifelong curiosity about human nature and the ways we adapt, heal, and grow.
My interest in identity came to life when I discovered acting, a passion which led me through the halls of NIDA (the National Institute of Dramatic Art) as a young adult. I then attended the University of New South Wales, where I completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology. Toward the end of my degree, I began experiencing intense anxiety and panic attacks, a symptom that didn’t seem connected to anything in my “outer” world — so I turned inward. That turning point guided me beyond academia and into holistic approaches to healing: yoga, meditation, breathwork, tantra, dance, bodywork, and psychotherapy.
Now, in my late thirties, after twenty years of exploring what it means to be human, I am deeply passionate about holding a safe, grounded space for others on their own journey of self-exploration. Whether through Lomi Lomi massage or psychotherapy, my intention is the same — to serve with presence, compassion, and authenticity.
