"The most precious gift we can offer anyone is our attention"

Hi there, I'm Zena. I'm a holistic psychotherapist & Lomi Lomi massage therapist.
In many ways, psychotherapy and bodywork are the same thing - deep listening, loving presence, care, and compassion.
They simply use different languages - words, and touch.

Ways to Work Together:
🌊 Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi is a deeply blissful, restorative and healing form of bodywork.
It offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the felt sense, the truth of what is really happening in our bodies.
Also called "Loving hands massage", Lomi goes much deeper than physical relaxation - it aims to restore balance, harmony and flow within a person's whole being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I offer:
🌿 Holistic psychotherapy
In an increasingly individualistic culture, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, as we are carrying more than we were ever meant to hold alone.
Sometimes we need support to make sense of what we’re going through in a way that feels spacious, compassionate, and empowering.
My work in holistic psychotherapy is focussed on relationships - with a partner, with others, and with yourself.
I support individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns, are navigating conflict, or are wanting more depth and connection in their relationships.
This is a space for honest exploration, emotional clarity, and meaningful change.
I offer:
My Approach
Across both offerings, my work is grounded in presence, compassion, and respect for the vulnerability of being human.
I’m here to meet you where you are, and support you in moving toward greater clarity, connection, and ease.
I love the work that I do, and I truly care about my clients - whether you come in for psychotherapy or for bodywork, I am committed to bringing my full presence and heart to each session.

About me
I've always been interested in humans.
I grew up between two cultures - France and Australia. I was an Australian, vegemite-sandwich eating kid in France, and an awkward, cigarette-smoking French teen in Sydney. Aside from the blessing of bilingualism, growing up between two cultures offered me a truly great gift: an awareness that who I am is not fixed - and indeed greatly influenced by my environment, my culture, and the people I am interacting with. The understanding that at least some parts of me are malleable became very interesting to me in my teenage years, and with the question "so who the hell am I?" echoing through my head - I embarked on a deep journey of self discovery, healing, and growth.
This journey has taken me on an adventure through many different modalities: a few years and a lot of fun in acting school, a stint in academia which earned me a degree in Psychology in 2013, followed by several years teaching yoga whilst exploring meditation, breathwork, tantra, 5 Rhythms dance, NLP... finally landing in what feels like my spiritual home, with Lomi Lomi Massage and Holistic Psychotherapy. Both of these modalities - body and mind - have had profound impacts on me in more ways than I can elaborate here, and passing on this healing, this growth, feels deeply aligned to me.
The journey is ever unfolding, but what I feel deep in my bones is this - humans are hard wired for connection, and we suffer immensely when connection is not our embodied reality. So this is what I am here for, my offering to you: I am here to help you reconnect - to yourself, your emotions, your truth, so that you may go out into the world and cultivate connection. It all starts within, and I believe that one human at a time, we can slowly, gently, bring healing into this world, into our very disconnected society. I truly love the work that I do, and I look forward to hearing from you, if any of the above lights up an impulse in you to reach out, and connect.

"Zena has got the most beautiful heart, she is very much in touch with herself, her body and the divine. You can feel it when receiving a massage and when communicating and learning with her."
